We have a learn-to-swim program for kids, teens and adults. We are offering Basic, Advanced, Competitive Swimming. The basic program includes proper techniques in freestyle and other swimming strokes, proper diving, strength and conditioning of swimming forms and survival swimming.
VENUE:
Belmar Hidden Paradise
Located at Phase 5 Doña Soledad Subdivision, General Santos City.
SCHEDULE:
MONDAY - FRIDAY
Time slots:
7:00 - 9:00 AM
3:00 - 5:00 PM
10 SESSIONS (2hrs per session)
ESSENTIALS NEEDED FOR SWIMMING:
✅ Swimming Attire
✅ Goggles
✅ Headcap (for girls)
✅ Kickboard
✅ Drinking water
