City ENRO Mati personnel joined fellow participants from various sectors in the Open Water Diving Certification Training led by Department of Tourism Region XI, in partnership with Philippines commission on sports scuba diving PCSSD.
Through hands-on exercises, classroom learning, and actual dives, participants developed key skills in diving safety, basic techniques, and marine conservation. The activity brought together LGUs and tourism stakeholders in a shared effort to promote safe and sustainable marine tourism.
This experience strengthens our commitment to protecting our oceans and supporting eco-friendly tourism in our region.
The perfect end to a Sunday well spent - salty hair, tired legs, and very happy hearts!
