As we welcome March, our founder Bien is opening a gentle and intentional space for movement through a free dance class for ages 12 and up.
This is beginner friendly and grounded in safety, growth, and self-expression. Together with NDDU GNRLS CJ and Redef, we invite you into a space where performance is not the goal. Presence is.
Limited slots are available. Registrants will be screened.
This space is for you if you
โข long to dance but feel self-conscious when others are watching
โข once identified as a dancer and want to reconnect after a season of pause
โข are curious about movement and ready to explore
โข you just enjoy dancing
You are allowed to try. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to make mistakes.
After the dance class, Bien will facilitate a brief processing session to help you reflect on your experience.
