2. CURRENTLY ENROLLED (1st Sem. SY 2022-2023) in a College/Baccalaureate Degree from any private or public Higher Educational Institution (Post Graduate Degree like PhD, Masters Degree, Medicine, Law, etc. are not included)

3. NO FAILING GRADES.

4. ONLY (ONE) 1 beneficiary per Family is allowed. Siblings of current scholars will not be considered.
