📌 Qualifications:

- Senior High School (SHS) Graduates only
- High School Graduates (Old Curriculum)
- 18 years old and up

Note: Must not be currently enrolled or have enrolled in college.

📄 Initial Requirements (please place in a long clear plastic envelope):

- 4 pcs. passport size ID pictures and
- 4 pcs. 1x1 ID pictures
(with collar, white background, formal attire, chemical print or matte finish)
- 3 copies of PSA Birth Certificate
- 3 copies of High School Diploma
- 2 copies of “Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in Workplace”
