To my swimmers:
Every early morning and evening practice, every sore muscle, every moment you doubt yourself, remember that the champion you dream of becoming is already inside you. All you have to do is keep showing up, keep believing, and keep pushing one stroke at a time.

Greatness doesn’t happen overnight. It starts with a little kid who decides, “I want to be better than I was yesterday.”
And as your coach, I’ll always be here to remind you of the champion in the mirror, even on the days you can’t see it yet. 🥇
