The vibrant spirit of an Anime-Themed Thematic marked the official opening of Glan’s 26th Lubi-Lubi Festival last September 30, 2025, setting the festive tone for the week-long celebration that will run until October 8, 2025.
The Sarangani Provincial Hospital-Glan & NGA Entry, composed of the BFP, Philippine Maritime, Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Immigration, Commission on Elections, Department of Interior & Local Government (DILG), and Philippine National Police, proudly showcased unity and excellence as they emerged victorious in the Thematic Competition during the festival’s opening celebration.
The entry was hailed 1st Place (Champion) in Thematic Dance, Thematic Parade, and Thematic Anime King & Queen of the Ramp, and secured 2nd Place in the Thematic Float Competition.
This success reflects not only the talent and dedication of the participating agencies, but also the camaraderie and community spirit that shine brightest when Glanians come together in celebration of its rich culture and tradition.
A true victory of teamwork, pride, and shared joy for Glan!
