We are deeply saddened by the concerns raised regarding the recent incident at Lyn’s Residence, our staycation venue intended for families and friends seeking leisure and relaxation.

The incident occurred last Sunday, when an unusually large number of guests booked our place. Prior to their stay, we made sure to clearly communicate our terms and guidelines. These include our policy that the swimming pool is unavailable beyond 10:00 PM due to scheduled cleaning, as well as the importance of respecting our nearby neighbors, especially during nighttime hours.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and for how the situation was handled by our staff. Please know that all conversations and reminders regarding these rules were properly communicated and documented.

Lyn’s Residence has been operating for several years, and this is the first time such an incident has occurred. Rest assured that we will be taking the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
