UBE San Sebastian Cheesecake Purple Yam Burnt Basque Cheesecake Perfect recipe 1kg Cream Cheese 320 grams Sugar 6 large Eggs 30 grams Fresh Lemon Juice 15 grams Vanilla Extract 5 grams Sea Salt 500 grams Heavy whipping cream 50 organic freeze dried Ube Room temperature cream cheese mix with sugar. After well blend mix in the eggs one by one. Add the lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract, ube and mix well. Then add the cream and fold in. Don’t Mix with blender. With spoon or spatula. Pour the well blend mixture into a 9 by 4 cake pan after placing the parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 450F. Bake until the top is burnt. Cool in room temperature for 2 hours.
