Thank you for prompting us.We sincerely apologize that one of our inclusions for the 42km finishers, the lootbag, encountered difficulties in production. We understand the disappointment this has caused, and we are committed to making sure the lootbag will be sent out in time for the holidays as a 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘬 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨.

We also apologize for the concern about the raffle. To clarify, we began the program with the raffle draw. However, after several attempts to call out the winners, no runners approached the stage. Because of this, 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘥, 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘴 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘔𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘱𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘢-𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵, so the participants could still enjoy the moment.
