6 months ago, we started an all-girls Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class with one simple goal: to create a safe, supportive space where women can learn self-defense, build confidence, and have fun through the sport.

I'm incredibly grateful to all the women who took that first step, gave Jiu-Jitsu a try, and continue to show up consistently. Your dedication, courage, and willingness to learn have helped build an amazing community.
