Good morning everyone, players, coaches, parents, and officials.

We are here for one reason: *to play fair basketball*.

As referees, our job is to enforce the rules, protect the players, and keep the game safe.

Let me be very clear: We do NOT tolerate any action that harms, threatens, or disrespects the officials.
That includes shouting, cursing, pushing, throwing objects, or any form of physical and verbal abuse.

Violations will result in technical fouls, ejection, suspension, and possible ban from the league.

We are here to protect the game. Respect the officials, respect the game, respect each other.
Let’s play hard, play fair. Thank you.

Kami pong mga referee, nandito para ipatupad ang rules at para protektahan ang lahat ng manlalaro.

Pero tandaan po natin: Hindi po namin kinukunsinti ang pananakit, pagmumura, at pananakot sa mga opisyal.
Walang personalan. Trabaho lang po ito.

Kung may reklamo, idaan sa tamang proseso. Sa coach, sa commissioner. Hindi sa sigaw o gulo.

Kapag may nanakit o nambastos sa referee: Technical, ejection, at suspension agad yan.

Respetuhan po tayo, para sa magandang laro. Salamat po.
