🥋 Why there's rivalry between some Taekwondo schools... and why not among others?

Taekwondo was born to train people with values such as respect, discipline, and humility. However, as in any discipline, sometimes school rivalries arise.

In some cases, these differences arise from competition in tournaments, differences in styles, associations, teaching forms or even disagreements among teachers. When pride overcomes values, rivalry ceases to be healthy.

But there are also schools that maintain an excellent relationship. They support each other, share knowledge, participate in events together and understand that they all pursue the same goal: to build better people through Taekwondo.

🥋 The real competition should not be against another school, but against the version of ourselves from yesterday.

Respecting other schools does not diminish one's prestige; on the contrary, it demonstrates the greatness of those who understand the true spirit of Taekwondo.

Because in the end, no matter what uniform, association or logo we carry on our chest, we all represent the same martial art.
