FPL Developmental Volleyball and Training Camp is a year-round, grassroots athletic program based in Iloilo City, dedicated to identifying, nurturing, and elevating local volleyball talent. Spearheaded by head coach Coach Dax, the program offers specialized training sessions for athletes of all skill levels, from young beginners discovering the sport to open-category players refining their competitive edge.

📌Grassroots Skill Building: Focuses heavily on foundational mechanics, footwork, spatial awareness, and game IQ, ensuring long-term athletic growth and safety on the court.
📌Structured Training: Holds regular weekend clinics and focused training modules at local facilities, such as the indoor courts in Buntatala.
📌League & Tournament Play: Organizes youth leagues and local tournaments that give players valuable real-game experience, tactical understanding, and court confidence.
📌Player Recognition & Pathway: Serves as a launchpad for local athletes, actively highlighting student achievements, tournament MVPs, and individual skill awards to help players advance to high school, collegiate, or regional teams.
