Weekly WODs are live! 🌈
A new month means a fresh programming block, and starting this June 1, we’re bringing full pride and focus to kick things off right. This week is all about building consistency, setting strong baselines, and putting in the work across all our CrossFit and HYROX tracks.

Saturday mornings just got a lot better! ☀️
We’re officially opening a new 8:30 AM slot for Saturdays, and we’re kicking it off the best way possible: you’re working out right alongside your coaches!
We believe in leading by example. Our coaches live and breathe the method, so they’ll be hitting the floor right next to you to share the work and set the standard. Expect a fun, team workout and a few challenges built to push the pace together while keeping it accessible for everyone.

Our HYROX365 On-Track class officially kicks off tomorrow!
Starting this week, Wednesdays at 5:00 PM are dedicated to building your engine from the ground up. We are bringing the structure of our new programming to the track with a fully coach-led session.
Our coaches will be right there with you to guide you through the fundamentals: mastering proper running form, learning how to pace efficiently, and building a more comfortable stride.
The Details:
•When: Wednesdays at 5:00 PM
•Where: Meet up at the Iloilo Sports Complex
•Weather Notice: If the weather isn't friendly and it rains, the class will automatically be held back at the box.
•Important Note: Please note that the sports complex entrance fee is not covered by the gym; members will need to settle their own admission at the gate.
How to Join:
As with all our sessions, spots are limited so our coaches can give everyone quality attention. Please make sure to secure your spot and book your class ahead of time via the Mindbody App or through our website (crossfitilo.com)

Great coaching and a tight community have always been our baseline. We’re simply plugging in a new tier of programming to give your daily effort a massive upgrade and ensure you're getting the absolute most out of your training.
Starting May 25th onwards, we’re adding these to the weekly lineup:
HYROX365 ON-TRACK: Dialing in running mechanics, pacing, and pure engine building.
HWPO SATURDAYS: Big team workouts designed to sweat together and connect.
RECOVERY SUNDAYS: A dedicated, self-guided space to move light and shake off the week's soreness.
