𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. 💙💛
Project E-Modyul, an initiative of the League of Governors since 2021. Now on its fifth year, the project continues to promote sustainability and environmental integrity by transforming discarded materials into purposeful resources for communities. This year also marks the second year of partnership between the League of Governors (LOG) and the Federation of Vice Governors, handled by CPU Republic continues to strengthen a shared commitment to service and environmental advocacy.

Today, June 11, 2026, the 𝗖𝗣𝗨 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘-𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘆𝘂𝗹 5.0 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮.

Through this initiative, over 150 beneficiaries from Kindergarten to Grade 6 received durable eco-bags made from recycled tarpaulins, along with school supplies, hygiene kits, personal story books such as Bibles, and bugtong-bugtongs were distributed to the students.

This is a continuing commitment to responsible leadership, innovation, and service for both people and the planet, while 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

In an institution where leadership is measured through action and service, the 21st Parliament continues to set the standard for responsive and principled governance. Through every resolution authored, every act co-sponsored, and every legislation enacted, the Parliament affirms its unwavering commitment to advancing the welfare of the Republic and strengthening democratic participation within the student body. ⚔️

In accordance with Parliament Act No. 2018, otherwise known as “An Act Institutionalizing the Mechanisms for Semestral Transparency and Accountability Report,” the Semestral Act of 2025, the CPUR Official Gazette Act of 2021, and the Freedom of Information and Transparency Act of 2019, this report serves as the institutional basis for evaluating the legislative performance of the duly elected Senators and Representatives of the CPU Republic Parliament.

Contained in this overview is the comprehensive legislative record of the 21st Parliament for the Academic Year 2025–2026, serving as an official account of the measures, resolutions, and parliamentary acts advanced throughout its term in office.

Leading the Parliament with distinction is 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐅. 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚, who achieved the highest legislative record in parliamentary history with a total of 221 legislations passed, consisting of 51 Resolution Authorships, 147 Co-authorships, 2 Sponsorships, 8 Parliament Act Authorships, and 13 Parliament Act Co-authorships.

The Ministry of Information and Communications extends its sincere gratitude to the Office of the Vice President for its continued diligence in monitoring and providing accurate legislative count summaries.

As the 21st Parliament formally concludes its mandate, this legislative overview stands not only as a summary of its accomplishments and service to the Republic, but also as a foundation upon which the incoming 22nd Parliament may continue to uphold the values of accountability, integrity, and purposeful leadership in the years ahead.
