We didn’t have a gym.
We didn’t have perfect conditions.
We just had each other.

During the pandemic, I trained Jiu-Jitsu at home with my kids.

Looking back, I realized—it was never just about learning how to fight.

It was about building stronger kids, stronger families, and memories that last a lifetime.

Years later, that same purpose continues at Deftac Iloilo Six Blades Jiu Jitsu. 🥋
