Oversee daily operations and staff performance
Ensure excellent customer service
Assist with scheduling and facility management

🔹 Court Officer

Monitor court activities and player schedules
Assist customers with bookings and inquiries
Ensure court rules and safety standards are followed

🔹 Crew Members

Welcome and assist customers
Handle front desk, reservations, and basic administrative tasks
Support daily facility operations

🔹 Cleaners

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of courts, restrooms, and common areas
Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and presentable at all times

🔹 Relievers

Provide support and cover shifts as needed
Assist in various operational and customer service tasks

✔ Team player with good communication skills
