fees paid by students will be used to fund the said events. In this way, we hope to attract the underprivileged and at-risk youths whom we will train for free. These youths are members of our society who are vulnerable and need the most guidance. Change always starts within and it is our hope and firm belief that the discipline, perseverance and other lessons boxing and martial arts provide will help these youths become upstanding members of society. Although we will be offering other forms of martial arts, boxing will be our main focus for now as there are schools and colleges in Iloilo City which offer educational scholarships through their boxing varsity program. In the near future, we hope to see educational scholarships not just for boxing but for other forms of martial arts as well. We believe that the underprivileged and needy should be given access to a free, quality education and we hope to give them these through boxing and martial arts. Moreover, youths who show interest in teaching will be given the opportunity to teach at the gym and earn some extra income during their free time.
