MIBL - Montefaro Invitational Basketball League

From founding a recreational league for youth in Montefaro, Cavite, to leading a university team, Ian Valdez's journey is truly inspiring.

The founder of the Montefaro Invitational Basketball League (MIBL), and later a volleyball tournament, is now the head coach of the UE Red Warriors women's basketball team.

His commitment to developing young talent, which started with providing recreational opportunities for the youth of Montefaro, now continues on a bigger stage in the UAAP.
