ANUNSYO PARA SA LAHAT NG HOMEOWNERS AT MGA RESIDENTE NG VILLA HERMOSA SUBDIVISION

Magandang araw po sa ating lahat.

Bilang bahagi ng aming patuloy na paglilingkod sa komunidad, nais po naming magbigay ng isang pormal na anunsyo bilang paghahanda taun-taon bago dumating ang tag-ulan.

Sa pamumuno ng inyong mga HOA Officers, katuwang ang mga karatig subdivision at mga HOA Presidents at Officers ng Windsor Mansion, Palm Grove, at Avignon, lalo na sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa ating mga opisyal ng barangay, kami po ay nagkaisa upang magsumite ng kahilingan sa City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) para sa pagsasagawa ng Creek Clean-up Drive.

Layunin po nito na maiwasan ang pag-apaw ng creek na maaaring maging sanhi ng pagbaha, at mabawasan ang mga panganib sa kalusugan at kaligtasan ng ating komunidad sa pamamagitan ng paglilinis ng creek bago dumating ang malalakas na ulan at bagyo.

Ang aming request letter ay opisyal nang natanggap ng CENRO, at inaasahan po naming maisasagawa ang clean-up operation anumang oras ngayong buwan.

Kami pong inyong HOA Officers ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa inyong patuloy na suporta, pagtitiwala, at pakikiisa sa mga programa ng samahan. Lubos po kaming nagagalak na makapaglingkod para sa ikabubuti, kaligtasan, at kaayusan ng buong komunidad ng Villa Hermosa Subdivision.

ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL HOMEOWNERS

For the benefit of everyone, especially our children, the VHHAI Officers have decided to repaint our covered court to make it cleaner, more beautiful, organized, and safer for all residents to use and enjoy.

Our subdivision has also newly installed CCTV cameras for the safety and security of all homeowners and residents. The covered court is equipped with two (2) CCTV cameras, and additional CCTV cameras are installed in the following areas:

One (1) in Acapulco St.

One (1) in Cabildo St.

One (1) in Dakota St.

One (1) in Elcano St.

One (1) in Favali St.

One (1) in Gervacio St.

These CCTV cameras monitor the area 24/7 to help maintain peace, order, safety, and security within our community.

The VHHAI Officers would like to express our sincere gratitude to all homeowners who continue to trust, support, and regularly pay their monthly association dues. Because of your cooperation, the Association is able to implement projects like this and continuously pay for necessary expenses such as:

Street lights

Security services

Water bills

HOA Office electricity and water bills

Guard house electricity and water bills

As well as the salaries of our five (5) manpower personnel:

Two (2) In-house Guards

One (1) Administrative Staff

Two (2) Maintenance Personnel

This is where OUR monthly dues are being utilized — for the improvement, safety, maintenance, and continuous operation of our community.

Again, the VHHAI Officers and Committees are very glad and honored to serve all homeowners and residents.

Lungsod ng Imus mas paiigtingin ang pagpapatupad ng mga ordinansa para sa kaayusan at kapayapaan

Alinsunod sa direktiba ni SILG Jonvic C. Remulla Jr. ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) at batay sa mga probisyon ng City Ordinance No. 02-70, s. 2016 o Code of General Ordinances ng Lungsod ng Imus, paiigtingin ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ang pagpapatupad ng mga batas upang matiyak ang kaayusan, kaligtasan, at kapayapaan ng komunidad.

🟢Pagbabawal ng alak sa mga pampublikong lugar

Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang pag-inom ng alak sa mga lansangan, bangketa, at parke. Ang kasiyahan ay dapat gawin sa sariling tahanan o sa mga lisensyadong establisyemento. Hindi rin pinahihintulutan ang pagiging lasing sa publiko dahil nagdudulot ito ng gulo at aksidente.

🟢Tamang asal sa publiko

Hinihikayat ang lahat na magsuot ng tamang kasuotan sa mga pampublikong lugar. Ang paglalakad nang nakahubad ng katawan o walang pang-itaas sa kalsada at plaza ay hindi nararapat.

🟢Pagsunod sa curfew

Para sa kaligtasan ng kabataan at upang maiwasan ang krimen sa gabi, mahigpit na ipatutupad ang curfew lalo na para sa mga menor de edad. Ang mga magulang at tagapag-alaga ay inaasahang tiyakin na ang kanilang mga anak ay nasa loob ng bahay sa itinakdang oras.

🟢Katahimikan pagkatapos ng 10:00 P.M

Ang paggamit ng videoke at iba pang malalakas na sound system ay dapat itigil pagsapit ng 10:00 PM. Ang sobrang ingay ay nakakaistorbo sa mga manggagawa at estudyanteng naghahanda para sa susunod na araw.

Ang mga direktiba at ordinansang ito ay ipatutupad nang mahigpit sa buong Lungsod ng Imus at ang sinumang lalabag ay maaaring maharap sa kaukulang parusa.
