🏍️ Owned motorcycle (if not owned just submit deed of sale or authorization letter and the owner's valid ID
🏍️ Latest NBI clearance or police clearance
🏍️ OR and CR

🚕Professional Driver's license
🚕 Owned vehicle (if not owned just submit deed of sale or authorization letter and the owner's valid ID)
🚕 Latest NBI clearance or police clearance
🚕 Valid OR and CR
🚕 Plate number
🚕 Vehicle photos (front, side and back)
🚕 2x2 picture
🚕 Drug test (optional)
