Rain’s been testing Imus all day, and more is expected tomorrow, but that hasn’t shaken the plan. Four Southplus athletes are lining up at Triman Triathlon 2026, the grand finale of the SBR.ph Tri Series, at Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub in Imus, Cavite.

Jeng and Enzo take on the full course solo, swim, bike, and run, ready for whatever tomorrow brings.

Bern races the relay, swim and run legs, alongside her father. Seventy-two years old and still lining up with his daughter on the same course.

Chor crosses her third finish line of the year here, having also raced Aquaman and Duaman, closing out her Trifecta Class of 2026 season at the series finale.

Together they’re part of what’s reportedly the largest pool-based triathlon field the country has ever seen. Good luck out there and have a safe race. Team is behind you, rain or shine.

Eight of our own took on Lapu-Lapu. 🏊🚴🏃

Rough waters forced a shortened swim, while strong winds made the bike a true test. Thankfully, the run brought better conditions and the usual electric Lapu-Lapu crowd.

At IRONMAN 70.3: Bob, Marco, Archi, Karl, and Chino. At Sunrise Sprint: Kay and Tom. Finishers, all of them! 💙

Special congratulations to Karl, officially qualified for the 2027 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Chattanooga! 🎉

And to Job: your first 70.3 may not have ended as planned, but the comeback starts now. We’ll be right there with you.

Proud of every one of you. Some days, the water and wind decide the race, but we always come back stronger. 💙

This weekend, eight of our own toe the line in Lapu-Lapu. 🏊🚴🏃

At IRONMAN 70.3, Bob, Marco, Archi, Karl, Chino, and Job take on the 1.9km swim, 90km bike, and 21.1km run across the island.

At Sunrise Sprint, Kay and Tom line up for the 750m swim, 25km bike, and 5km run.

The channel isn’t giving anything away. The seas were rough out there, and pulling against that current is the first test of the day for everyone. The wind waits on the bike, and the heat waits on the run. Three ways to be tested, one at a time.

Whatever the distance, the work is already done. The training, the early mornings, the miles nobody saw. Now it’s just ex*****on.

Vermosa showed up hot and so did our crew. Huge congratulations to Claud and Tom for crossing that finish line and repping Southplus with heart from the first run to the last.

Claud took on the Super Aquathlon course, run to swim to run. Tom went the distance in the All Stars format, stacking run, swim, run, swim, run into one relentless finish. Two different challenges, one team, the same refusal to quit. 💙

Every finish is a story of the early mornings, the long training blocks, and the grit to keep moving when it got tough. You turned all of it into a medal. 💙

Onward to the next one. 💙
