Calling all aspiring UNEP Golden Bear and aspiring scholars of the University of Northeastern Philippines!

Show us what you've got at the UNEP Golden Bears Softball Team Tryouts🥎

When: Friday, June 5, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Where: University of Northeastern Philippines Softball Field

Open to all interested [students/participants]—whether experienced or passionate, we want to see what you’ve got!

What to bring:
- Softball glove
- Cleats or rubber shoes
- Appropriate athletic attire
- Batting gloves and bat, if available
- Drinking water and extra shirt

Note: Arrive 30 minutes early for registration and warm-up. Tryouts will push through rain or shine unless announced otherwise.

The UNEP HS Softball Team has officially kicked off their intense training for the year 2026, and everyone is feeling the excitement and determination. This is a crucial time for each player as they put in their best effort, pushing themselves to improve their skills and strength. The road to the upcoming city meet is going to be challenging, but with their dedication and hard work, they’re ready to face it head-on. 💪🏻🙌🏻

Every member of the team is showing incredible effort, whether it’s practicing their swings, improving their defense, or supporting each other on and off the field. It’s inspiring to see how everyone is committed to working hard, not just for themselves but also for the team as a whole. Their teamwork and camaraderie are what will truly make the difference as they prepare for the big competition. 🐻🔰

Guided by their experienced trainer, Coach Victor Ibarreta , the team is building their confidence and sharpening their skills. With the combined effort, teamwork, and unwavering dedication of each member, they’re setting themselves up for a successful showing at the city meet.
