In my client's own words.... here is his testimonial.

Based on my Muscle-Fat Analysis before I started working out, it was 16 Kilogram of fat at the of body weight 63 Kilogram.
And with consistent and quality training under supervision and guidance of my trainer, Coach Eric. In 9 months, the 16 kilogram of fat had dropped
to 7 kilogram at my weight of 59 Kilogram.

In order to achieve this, it's not an easy task nor can be quickly accomplish.
As we all knew "It is easy to make a mess, than to clean the mess you just made", In other analogy
It's easy to eat any food you want, healthy or mostly unhealthy, have a daily unhealthy lifestyle.
But, to back in shape and have a healthy body condition? How long do you think it will take?
If you really want to have a good and healthy body, take a look at the mirror alone. Think the person infront of you as your enemy, your old self.
You should have to think that "I must beat this person in no time, I must beat this old and unhealthy version of me".

I tried to workout before I started at Anytime fitness. I experienced a thing that, I had no improvements and no gains but wasting my time doing workouts.
I failed 2 times before, and I no longer hope that I will achieve my goal having a good body shape until this time.
I attempt again to workout with a guidance of knowledgeable trainer and non-stop training, proper dieting, suffered from days of musscle pain, exhaustion even though
I have a time and sleep management issue due to shifting work schedule not to include that it's too far from home. "I should go to gym now"
until I now realized that I won to my old shelf and succeed on my 3rd try of working out. All thanks to my trainer and also the Anytime Fitness that
provide an Aaytime availabilty and also activities if you think it is time battle.
