About the Three Phases

Only 14 Days Long
You’ll eat plenty of filling, nutrient-dense foods to satisfy your appetite so you’ll never go hungry.

Phase 2

Steady Weight Loss

If you’re new to South Beach Diet, we recommend you start with Phase 1.

Phase 1 Phase 1 last just for 2 weeks and is designed to eliminate cravings for sugar and refined starches. This phase jump-starts your weight loss.

Phase 2 Phase 2 is the long-term weight loss phase of the diet. It’s perfect for people who have a few pounds to lose.

Phase 3 Phase 3 begins once you reach your goal weight and is the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
