July 25, 2026 – 16 LCCST swimmers join the Rookies Ripples 4th Mayor Benjie Miranda Swim Fest 2026 held at Zaycoland Resort, Kabankalan City. The team bagged individual medals for the 15 swimmers, 3 of whom were awarded as the most outstanding swimmers in their respective age-group categories. Indeed, hard work, perseverance and dedication have all paid off.

Kudos to everyone who, in one way or another, paved the way to claim this victory. Special thanks to our LGU-La Carlota, headed by Mayor Joelu Jalandoni, City Sport Coordinator Rubylyn Colimbo and City Admin Fini Jalandoni, for their unwavering support.

The team would also like to acknowledge our team manager Jerico Jalandoni, coaches Federico Antonio Jr., Jla Jaira Olave Cascarro and John Paul M. Brodit for all the effort they have put into our children. Lastly, the supportive parents and guardians who never fail to assist and push their children’s dream, thumbs up!!!

Team, a big round of applause to all of you! You all deserved those medals!!!

It’s a back-to-back win for La Carlota City Swimming Team.

July 4, 2026 – LCCST represents 2 invitational venues on the same date. 15 novice swimmers assisted by coaches Jla Jaira Olave Cascarro and John Paul M. Brodit joined the 2nd Cadiz Whales Swim Fest, Cadiz City and were awarded 2nd runner-up in the overall team ranking, while the 15 competitive swimmers assisted by coach Federico Antonio Jr. joined in the Iloilo Stingray Swim Team 1st Novice and Developmental Meet held at Iloilo Sports Center, got a total of 6 Most Outstanding Swimmers in their respective age categories and 4th place in the overall team ranking. Along with these prestigious awards, the competitive swimmers went home with a happy heart as they compete in their respective single and relay events.

Indeed, we are grateful for all the support given to us, especially to LGU-La Carlota headed by Mayor Joelu Jalandoni, Sports Coordinator Rubylyn Colimbo and Team Manager Jerico Jalandoni. To our coaches, coach B, and asst. coaches, your patience and hard work is not in vain. To the parents and guardians, for their unending love and belief in their child's ability and talent, you guys rock!

Lastly, to Almighty God, for His sustaining grace, protection and guidance. All glory and honor belong to Him!

Hats off to LCCST! Your hard work and persistence have truly paid off in the recently concluded Back to School Swimming Competition held at the Aquatic Center, Dumaguete City👏👏

Special thanks to our beloved LGU-La Carlota headed by Hon. Mayor Joelu Jalandoni, City Admin Fini Jalandoni, City Sports Coordinator Rubylyn Colimbo and Team Manager Jerico Jalandoni for the unwavering support to the Team.

To the dedicated and talented coaches of LCCST, Coach Federico Antonio Jr.and Asst Coaches Jla Jaira Olave Cascarro & John Paul M. Brodit, this too is your victory!

Lastly, to the parents and guardians of LCCST whose love and sacrifices during trainings and swim meets are beyond expectations! You deserved all our respect!

A day filled with fun and excitement as LCCST dived into the recently concluded 2-day event of SCONA Leg 3 Championships held University of St. La Salle, Bacolod Swimming Pool. Along with all the medals bagged by the Team both in Novice and Competitive, Matthew Jerico Jalandoni was awarded as the Most Outstanding Swimmer for Age 12 Category A.

Indeed, these medals were shared and dedicated to those who supported us especially to our LGU-La Carlota headed by Mayor Joelu Jalandoni, City Admin Fini Jalandoni and City Sports Coordinator Rubylyn Colimbo. To our Coaches Federico Antonio Jr., Jla Jaira Olave Cascarro, John Paul M. Brodit and Team Manager Jerico Jalandoni for the dedication and hard-work you put into our swimmers.
