Our bigiw in Bohol!

This festive season, Santa tries a bigiw, a traditional island canoe deeply rooted in Boholano maritime culture. He drifts along Bohol’s waters, where island traditions carry the season forward.

"Tino" and "Uwan" are the names of two separate, back-to-back typhoons that recently impacted the Philippines. Stay Safe, Hold On and Pray.
If ever flood water level rising infront of our house, i am ready to use this old rigid SUP~PH board and tie 'em to the gate so we don't drift.
Video was taken during Tino. I was sitting&watching from west side while easlterlies bringing bad intentions in Cebu.

What a reunion!
Met up with my good friend Kho Swee Chiow here in Singapore today — it’s been years since our unforgettable 88 days of paddling the entire length of the Philippines. 🌊🇵🇭
Catching up brought back so many memories of the challenges, the laughter, and the breathtaking beauty we witnessed from the water. Grateful for the friendship and the shared adventure that will always be one for the books.
