This is introduction to bodyweight training that covers the basic movement drills to build a stronger base for a higher level of strength training.

Who:
Those who wants to exercise differently other than lifting weights, wants to get fit and be more acquainted with using your body as a tool to develop strength and for those who wants further education on a systematic approach to bodyweight training.
