Olympian Kirstie Elaine Alora is one of the most accomplished athletes in Philippine Taekwondo history. She represented the Philippines in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, finishing 7th place, and served as Team Captain of the Philippine National Taekwondo Team from 2013 to 2023.

Throughout her career, she achieved remarkable success on the international stage, winning 4 SEA Games Gold Medals, 5 SEA Games Silver Medals, and 2 Asian Games Bronze Medals, along with numerous podium finishes in major competitions including the Korea Open, Asian Taekwondo Championships, Asian Martial Arts Games, and ASEAN Championships.

Her notable medals include:
Gold – 2023 Korean Open, 2023 SEA Games (Cambodia), 2019 ASEAN Championships, 2018 Asian Games Invitation Tournament, 2013 SEA Games (Myanmar), 2013 ASEAN Championships, 2011 SEA Games (Indonesia), 2007 Korea Open, 2005 SEA Games (Manila).

Silver – 2022 SEA Games (Vietnam), 2021 Asian Taekwondo Championships, 2019 SEA Games (Manila), 2017 SEA Games (Malaysia), 2016 Asian Olympic Qualifiers, 2009 SEA Games (Laos), 2007 Asian Martial Arts Games, 2007 SEA Games (Thailand).

Bronze – 2021 Asian Olympic Qualifiers, 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, 2016 Asian Taekwondo Championships, 2015 Asia Pacific Championships, 2014 Asian Games (Incheon), 2013 Asian University Championships, 2012 Asian Taekwondo Championships, 2010 Asian Games (Guangzhou).

After her competitive career, Alora transitioned into coaching. She is a World Taekwondo Level 1 & 2 Certified Coach, currently serving as a Philippine National Team Coach (2024–present) and DLSU / DLS-CSB Coach, where she led teams to major victories including the 2024 UAAP Season 87 Men’s Championship.

Her contributions have also been recognized with prestigious honors such as 2025 NCAA Season 101 Coach of the Year, 2025 PSA Special Recognition Award, 2017 PSA Major Award, 2015 NCAA Coach of the Year (Junior Team), and 2014 PSA Annual Awardee.

From Olympic competition to coaching champions, Kirstie Elaine Alora continues to inspire the next generation of Filipino taekwondo athletes.

We successfully held a wonderful tune-up game between Team Empire Taekwondo and PTTA: Premiere Taekwondo Training Academy Headed by Coach Kurt Tato, it was truly a great experience for everyone involved.

The matches were competitive, exciting, and full of heart. Both teams showed respect, discipline, and strong sportsmanship throughout the event. It was a valuable opportunity for our athletes to learn, grow, and challenge themselves.

We would like to sincerely thank all the players for giving their best, and especially the parents for their all-out support. Your encouragement and trust mean so much to us and to the athletes.
