Strength training doesn’t guarantee you won’t cramp, but by improving fatigue resistance and neuromuscular control, it may reduce one of the major mechanisms behind exercise-associated muscle cramps.

New research says your bike already had everything you needed 👇

Most cyclists spend hours building aerobic fitness but neglect strength.

A well-planned maximal strength phase can improve force production, climbing, sprinting, and fatigue resistance without adding unnecessary muscle mass.

Think of strength as increasing the size of your engine. Once the engine is bigger, you can convert that capacity into cycling-specific power.
