Nice to meet you The South Cycling Network team! Here’s to more sesh with the squad! 🚴🏽‍♀️💪🏽

Kasama ang ilang members ng The South Cycling Network, dumiretso kami sa Pedal Lab para subukan ang indoor cycling nila. Naka-62km din ako in 1 hour 45 minutes 🔥

Matagal na akong nag-Zwift, pero iba talaga ang pakiramdam kapag Wahoo Kickr ang gamit. Ito yung klase ng training na walang tapon. Walang free wheel, walang masyadong pahinga. Power, heart rate, at cadence ang tunay na basehan. Bonus pa dahil ligtas, walang sasakyan, walang lubak, virtual world ang ruta pero totoong effort ang puhunan.

Thank you, Pedal Lab! Siguradong babalik kami dito. Pwede rin dito siguro magset ng group race since competitive pero safe 🙌
