Paalala lamang po na ito ay LIBRE basta kayo ay residente ng ating barangay. Ang araw at oras po ng Basketball Clinic ay iaanunsyo na lamang sa mga susunod na araw.

- Parent's Consent

Para naman po sa parent's consent, ang atin pong SK Council ang magbibigay ng kopya sa mga nagregister at papipirmahan niyo po sa inyong mga magulang.
