In Loving Memory of Commodore Gerald Galza
107th Squadron Director, Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary

It is with profound sadness that we bid farewell to our beloved 107th Squadron Director, Commodore Gerald Galza.

Today, we do not only mourn the loss of an exceptional leader—we honor the life of a mentor, a teacher, a protector, and a true servant of the community. Commodore Galza dedicated his life to serving others with courage, humility, and unwavering commitment.

As our Squadron Director, he led with integrity, compassion, and wisdom. He inspired every member of the 107th Squadron to uphold the values of honor, discipline, teamwork, and selfless service. His leadership strengthened our organization and encouraged us to become better volunteers and better individuals.

Beyond his leadership, Commodore Galza was a highly respected trainer in safety and first aid, generously sharing his knowledge and skills to prepare others to save lives. He believed that preparedness, education, and service could make a difference, and he devoted countless hours to ensuring others were equipped to respond in times of need.

He was also a passionate scuba diver, embracing the sea not only with skill and professionalism but also with deep respect. His love for the water reflected the very spirit of the Coast Guard Auxiliary—service, courage, and dedication to protecting lives.

The lessons he taught, the lives he touched, and the example he set will continue to inspire us for generations. His legacy is not only found in the achievements of our squadron but also in every person he trained, mentored, and encouraged.

On behalf of the officers and members of the 107th Squadron, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, friends, and colleagues. We pray that God grants them comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult time.

Thank you, Commodore Gerald Galza, for your extraordinary leadership, your selfless service, and your unwavering dedication to training others, protecting lives, and serving our nation. Your mission on earth may be complete, but your legacy will continue through all of us.

Fair winds and following seas, Commodore. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, and your legacy will live on forever.

Rest in eternal peace. You will always be remembered, honored, and deeply missed.
