Entrance, Parking, and Cottage Fees for Talicoco Beach and Cottages (last updated August 2023)

Please be advised that in observance of Holy Week 2023, Talicoco Beach and Cottages will be closed from April 6 to 8 (Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday).

We will resume resort operations at 8:00 AM on April 9, 2023 (Easter Sunday).

Entrance, Parking, Cottage Fees, and House Rules for Talicoco Beach and Cottages (last updated September 2022)

We regret to inform our guests that we will not be opening our doors to guests today in order to give our staff a well-deserved rest and some time to recover. We're hoping for your kind consideration and we're excited to reopen our doors to all of you tomorrow.

We are now accepting cottage reservations and bookings at Talicoco Beach and Resort for the 2021 Christmas season!

Due to the increased number of guests and visitors to the beach during this time of the year, guests that plan to visit Talicoco between December 13, 2021, and January 9, 2022, have the opportunity to reserve their desired cottages directly through our staff at the beach, subject to the following terms and conditions:

💵 Full payment must be made in order for a reservation to be considered valid and in order for Talicoco to guarantee the availability of the guest's preferred cottage.
📅 Reservations must be made, confirmed, and paid for at least one day prior to the date of the reservation.
⏰ On the day of the reservation, guests are required to arrive at Talicoco on or before the 10:00 AM reservation cutoff time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the guest's reservation and payment, except in the event that the reserved cottages are not availed of by other guests.
💸 All reservations are non-refundable. Rescheduling of reservations will only be considered if made 72 hours prior to the reservation date, subject to management approval.
