How to lose Fat
1. No rice Diet
2. No salt Diet
3. More cardio
4. You need to sweat to lose fat
5. Wag uminom ng malamig na tubig kasi nakakataba
Oooops! wait! yan din ang mga alam ko at ginawa ko nung nagsisimula palang ako until I gained knowledge about these things
1. No rice? Nope di mo kailangang tanggalin ang rice para magbawas ng timbang o taba, need mo lang mag caloric deficit and there are two ways to do it:
-Eat Less calories than you burn (this is better if you are a beginner) or
-Burn more calories than you consume.

di yan masyado accurate pero that's a good way to start. kung ano man mabibigay ng calculator sundan nyo yan ng 1 week at kung bumababa naman timbang ninyo then sundan nyo lang pero pag umaangat timbang ninyo then magbawas pa kayo ng calories around 300-500cal.
2. No salt diet? Di mo kailangang tanggalin ang asin sa diet mo depende nalang kung may medical condition ka at sinabi sayo ng doctor mo. Ang asin kasi ay di nakakataba, nakakaapekto lang sa timbang natin. Kung napadami ka ng asin than your normal intake normal bibigat ka pero ung bigat mo na un eh hindi taba kundi excess water pang na hinihold ng katawan mo. Kailangan mo pang gawin eh uminom ng mas madaming tubig at bumalik sa normal intake mo para maflush out excess water sa katawan mo.
Basta asinan mo lang ang pagkain mo para magkalasa at maenjoy mo diet mo wag lang sobra-sobra.
3. More cardio? Di mo kailangang magcardio ng ilang oras para mas mapabilis ang pagbabawas ng taba at alam mo ba na ang resistance or weights training ay mas mabalis nakakaburn ng calories/energy kaysa cardio? kaya mas magandang iprioritize ninyo ang pagbubuhat o mga bodyweight exercises kaysa sa cardio.
โขMake sure din na may workout program kayong sinusundan hindi yung paiba-iba ang workout
-Gawin nyong additional tool but not a main tool ang cardio para mag calorie deficit.
4. Need to sweat to lose fat? Mali ulit yan. Ang pawis natin ay hindi taba na natutunaw kundi excess water lang yan na naalis sa katawan natin. So kung minsan hindi kayo pinagpapawisan sa workout ninyo ibig sabihin lang nyan eh kulang kayo sa tubig kaya hinohold ng katawan ninyo ung tubig sa katawan ninyo kaya need nyo lang uminom ng mas madami pang tubig. Kung uminom padin kayo pero wala pading pawis wag kayo mag-alala kasi for sure sa ihi nyo linapabas excess water and as long as nage-exert kayo ng effort sa exercise ninyo nakakapagburn padin kayo ng calories eh sabi nga natin diba you need to burn more calories than you consume to lose fat weight hindi sweat more to lose fat.
5. Nakakataba ang malamig na tubig? ooops ang tubig ay tubig mainit man o malamig at ang tubig ay walang calorie/energy content.
6. Sleep is as important as a workout and diet kaya make sure to give importance to it also, sleep at least 6-8 hours. Di ka makakabanat sa workouts or daily activities mo kung kulang ka sa tulog kaya imbes na magtiktok ka sa gabi matulog ka nalang๐
