Last Monday, the Hangar runway was packed as players boarded another exciting night of Open Play at Hangar 8 Pickle Court!

We were honored to welcome guest athletes Tim Polero and Mikko Venus, who brought their competitive spirit, high-level gameplay, and infectious energy to the courts. From thrilling rallies to strategic shot-making, they gave our Open Play crew a firsthand experience of the pace, discipline, and excitement of pro-level pickleball.

What made the night even more special was seeing everyone rotate, pair up, and share the court together. Beginners, intermediate players, and seasoned competitors all had the opportunity to play alongside one another, learn new techniques, exchange insights, and elevate their game.

The mission was simple: connect, compete, and grow the pickleball community, and it was accomplished with flying colors.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this Bakbakan Monday another successful flight.
