JIU-JITSU employs ground techniques.
+ learn discipline, coordination, fitness, confidence. Karate do means “Empty Hands”. Aikido means “The way of harmony”. Jiu-jitsu is a form of martial arts that mostly employs ground defense techniques. Combining the three art forms brings the art of comprehensive and effective defense techniques through discipline of mind, body and spirit.
