I eat carbs. I still eat white rice, and yes, I even had a small cup of ice cream yesterday.
I eat everything , because food is not the enemy. It’s okay to enjoy food in moderation. I simply stay within my calorie goal of 1400–1700 a day.
Working out is not a punishment for what you ate. Eating is meant to nourish your body, not make you feel guilty.
At the end of the day, it’s all about balance and the choices you make for the kind of life you want to live.
