After some serious upgrades and improvements, we’re excited to welcome you back with new rates and flexible options for everyone — solo lifters, barkadas, students, and ballers!

💪 GYM RATES
Annual Membership fee: 500
Monthly Gym fee:
• Regular — ₱1,200
• Student — ₱1,000
✅ INCLUSIONS
✔ Gym Access
✔ Court Access (subject to availability)
✔ Ice Bath (weekly community activity)

Daily Walk-In Fee:
• Regular — ₱150
• Student — ₱120

📌 BASKETBALL COURT USE REMINDERS
• Only paying patrons may use the court
• Court reservation required (members & walk-ins)
• Non-members joining games must pay walk-in fee

🏀 BASKETBALL COURT
If you only want to use the court, you may rent the court at the following rates:
7am to 5pm: 250/hour
5pm to 10pm: 350/hour

We’re excited to share an inspiring event — “I’m Running for a Cause – Meet & Greet... ReUNite Together for Maimai”, a Fun Run for a Cause dedicated to helping Ms. Maylene “Maimai” Agno, who is currently recovering from multiple surgeries and facing significant medical expenses.
This meaningful activity invites employees, families, friends, and community members to come together in the spirit of health, unity, and compassion. All proceeds will go directly to Ms. Maimai’s medical fund to support her ongoing recovery.
Event Details:
📅 Date: November 9, 2025 (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
📍 Venue: The Outlets at LIMA Estate, LIMA Technology Center, Batangas
🎯 Goal: To raise funds for Ms. Maimai’s hospital and recovery expenses
