Please be informed that, at present, we do not have a dedicated pickleball attendant assigned to assist players.

Should you have any concerns, suggestions, or constructive feedback regarding our pickleball facilities, court conditions, restroom cleanliness, or overall operations, we kindly ask that you share them in our official Messenger group chat. Management regularly reviews all comments and suggestions and uses them to continuously improve our facilities, services, and the overall playing experience for everyone.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving CVL Sports Hub, we will be implementing the following:

* Installation of a pickleball paddle (racket) queuing system to ensure a fair, orderly, and first-come, first-served court rotation.
* Installation of heavy-duty, tournament-quality pickleball nets to provide improved durability and a better playing experience.
* Repainting of our pickleball courts to enhance their appearance and playing conditions.
* Implementation of a player logbook. We kindly request that all players sign the logbook upon arrival before using the courts. This will help us maintain accurate player records and better manage our facilities.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we continue to enhance our facilities and provide the best possible experience for everyone.

Please be reminded that the pickleball courts close promptly at 10:00 PM. For the benefit of all players, to allow our staff sufficient time to clean and maintain the facilities, and to be considerate of our nearby residents, we respectfully request everyone’s full cooperation in observing the 10:00 PM closing time.
