Batangas Sports Officiating Services Sports Services such as game officiating, sports clinic, sportsfest and any activities related to sports. BSOS is initiated and led by Mario C. Katigbak.

Complete documents (Mayor’s Permit, PhilGeps, BIR,ATP, DTI, Tax clearance etc.) Batangas Sports Officiating Services (BSOS), also known as Batangas Volleyball Association, is the officially recognized governing volleyball organization in the province of Batangas by the Philippine National Volleyball Federation. BSOS exists to develop and promote volleyball in the province. BSOS also provides sports-related services like team building activities, organizing, officiating tournaments, and giving sports clinics for communities and minor sports organizations requiring sports management solutions. In a short span of time, the BSOS was able to render services to the following companies/organizations/ events:
• 1st PNVF Champions League 2021
• LGU (Lipa City and Santo Tomas, Batangas) Summer Sportsfest (2016-2019)
• NCAA – South (2016-2019)
• DepEd Sports Competition– Lipa Division Meet, Lipa Area Meet, Batangas Provincial Meet and STCAA Regional Meet (2016 – 2019)
• PRISAA (2016 – 2019)
• Sotero Laurel Cup (2016-2018)
• BATELEC Sportsfest (2012 – 2016)
• MAS Sportsfest Lipa City (2012 – 2018)
• DLSL Friendship and Solidarity Cup (2012-2019)
• Ibaan Volleyball Referees’ Seminar 2012
• Nuvali Cup 2012 – League of Heroes Beach Volleyball
• Volleyball Tournament of Proctor and Gamble Philippines (under the management and supervision of PUREPLAY Sports Management Inc.) 2012

BSOS–BVA Joins PNVF Virtual Consultation 🇵🇭 🏐

The Batangas Sports Officiating Services – Batangas Volleyball Association (BSOS–BVA), a PNVF-accredited referees’ association, actively participated in the PNVF Virtual Consultation with PNVF-Accredited Referees’ Associations Nationwide.

Representing BSOS–BVA was its President, Mr. Mario Katigbak, who took part in the consultation and discussions aimed at strengthening communication, coordination, and collaboration among PNVF-accredited referees’ associations across the country.

As an accredited association, BSOS–BVA remains committed to professionalism, integrity, consistency, and continuous development in volleyball officiating.

More importantly, our participation reflects our shared commitment to a greater purpose — the welfare and development of the volleyball community.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION WITH PNVF ACCREDITED REFEREES ASSOCIATION

Nationwide Consultation

The PNVF Accredited Referees Association will conduct a nationwide Virtual Consultation to provide an avenue for accredited referees to share their insights, concerns, recommendations, and experiences regarding refereeing and officiating development in the Philippines.

🎯 PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTATION

• To gather concerns and recommendations from PNVF-accredited referees
• To discuss current refereeing concerns and officiating experiences
• To identify areas for improvement in referee development and education
• To strengthen communication and coordination among referees nationwide
• To gather recommendations for future programs, courses, seminars, and workshops
• To promote consistency and standardization in volleyball officiating

📌 WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All PNVF-accredited referees from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are encouraged to participate in their respective regional consultation.
