"Strong and Fit Couple"

It’s funny how sometimes, the most random and spontaneous decisions we make turn out to be one of the best things to have happened to us. We just wanted to have some physical activity since we rarely move, partly due to Lucban’s long rainy season and partly our own lack of initiative. In the beginning, we really struggled because of our separate physical issues; however, with patience, encouragement, and hard work, we can say that we are now far from where we were physically and mentally when we started 3 months ago.

Esco Fitness is not just a gym where you are given a task to perform on your own; it is a community built on trust, encouragement, and support. Aside from the improvements to our physical and mental health, what we truly treasure is being a part of a community held strong by such supportive athletes.

Esco Fitness has become my ultimate outlet for both mental clarity and physical strength. Having Coach Eugene has provided the expert guidance and encouragement I needed, keeping me consistent even on days when I felt overwhelmed.

The community of supportive gym mates makes every session something to look forward to, and the results speak for themselves. Seeing my laboratory results return to normal was the ultimate confirmation that I’m on the right track.

I’m so grateful for the energy and health this place has given back to me! Whether I’m there to clear my head or push my limits, this community has been essential in helping me feel like my best self again. Proud to be part of this community.
