Jct Laundry Expert controlled much of the ball game and looked determined to pull off a huge win despite playing undermanned and missing the services of Denmark Nagares and John Carlo De Cozar.

But when the fourth quarter arrived, the league-leading Court Defenders took over.

CBT turned up the pressure on both ends, seized control of the game in the final period, and completed the comeback to secure another important victory. With the win, CBT has officially assured itself of the No. 1 spot and a direct berth in the Best-of-5 Finals. 💪🔥

Our Player of the Week, Epol Pabellano, delivered when CBT needed him most:

He had plenty of help from Inyel Ramirez, who led CBT with 26 points and 3 steals, while Jasper Masangcay once again filled the stat sheet with 12 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks.

Despite the loss, Jorald Pasco put together another monster performance for JCT with 24 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals on 75% shooting. Pureza added 19 points, while Libalib dished out 7 assists.

For CBT, it’s MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: FINALS BOUND. 🏆

For JCT, however, the loss puts them in a dangerous position in the race for a semifinal spot, making their remaining game even more crucial.

ACC x KAPE KANTO keeps its semifinal hopes alive! 🔥

ACC x KK came out firing and controlled the game early, but Pepper Point refused to go away.

After trailing for most of the game, Pepper Point slowly worked their way back and finally tied the game at 74 in the fourth quarter with under three minutes remaining, setting up a pressure-packed finish.

But ACC x KK responded when it mattered most. Shao Bantoc buried a crucial three-pointer during the closing stretch, helping ACC x KK push the lead to 79–74 and giving them the breathing room they needed to stop Pepper Point’s comeback. 🎯🔥

Leading the way with an impressive all-around performance was our Player of the Week, Joshua Jaca:

Jaca did more than score—he controlled the offense, created opportunities for his teammates, and made an impact on both ends of the floor.

For Pepper Point, Mole led the offense with 15 points, while PJ Pajarda finished with 14 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. De Chavez battled inside with 8 points and 10 rebounds.

From ACC x KK’s strong start, to Pepper Point’s comeback and a 74-all deadlock in the fourth, ACC x Kape Kanto showed composure when the pressure was at its highest. More importantly, the victory keeps their semifinal hopes alive as the race for a playoff spot continues. 🔥🏀
