📌 Who can join?
✔️ Volleyball (Men & Women): 15–35 yrs old
✔️ Basketball:
• Junior Division: 18–25 yrs old
• Senior Division: 26 yrs & above

IMPORTANT:
🏀 All basketball teams must have a MUSE for the opening program.
📄 Requirements: Proof of residency + accomplished team gallery & signed waiver (Forms available at the SK Office)

Narito ang game guidelines and mechanics:

𝟏. 𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
- Open to all players 18 years old and above.

- A maximum of 30 teams per municipality will be allowed, endorsed by their respective Mayor and Sports Coordinator from the 2nd District of Quezon.

- Only the first 30 teams will be accepted, kaya magpalista na agad!

𝟐. 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
- Each team must be composed of a maximum of four (4) players.

- The official line-up is final — no changes allowed once submitted.

𝟑. 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
- All players must submit a photocopy of their Voter’s ID or PSA Birth Certificate to the Provincial Government Satellite Office in their municipality.

- Each team is required to have a muse who must be a member of the LGBTQ community. Teams without a muse will not be accepted.

- Teams must complete and submit the official entry form available at the Provincial Satellite Office.

𝟒. 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍
Submission of official line-up and requirements will be on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.
