Lakbay Laban

The 1st Lakbay Laban Filipino Martial Arts Convention (Journey of Defiance) has officially come to an end.

Lakbay Laban, or Journey of Defiance, represents the journey of FMA practitioners who continue to stand strong despite obstacles and challenges. No matter the hindrances, the FMA community will continue to fight, preserve, and promote our art and culture.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to the following instructors for their support and for sharing their knowledge during the event:
GM Rene Tongson, GM Rodel Dagooc , GM Peachie Baron Saguin , GM Mildred Nakamura, , GT Baldwin T. Garrucho , and Tuhon Leslie L. Jr. Buck.

Thank you as well to all the participants who supported this event. It was truly a great pleasure to see everyone.
