Pound Makati will be relocating to a new site to make way for the city government's new subway system project.

Pound for Pound Fitness Makati will be re-opening on August 3 (Monday). And here are some reminders to keep us safe inside our gym.

POUND PROTOCOLS
-our temporary routine til things get back to normal 😉
1. step on the foot mat to disinfect your shoes, we highly recommend that you use a different pair for working out. You can leave your shoes for the time being as long as it is in a bag or proper container, we will however not be liable for any loss.
2. sanitize your hands
3. have your temperature checked
4. scan our QR code to log in
5. please do not skip steps 1-4
6. wearing of masks/shield while working out will depend per LGU
7. please practice social distancing, markers and stations will be placed in the gym as guide
8. let's skip hugs, high fives and besos, for now, lets do waves and nods, don't worry this is temporary
9. sanitize as often as possible, avoid touching your mouth, sanitize the equipments before and after use. we have provided sprays and alcohol stations for your convenience.
10. bring your own towel and water bottle, as usual.
11. finish your workout ☺️ you need this to boost your immune system and be healthy, this is one big way to beat covid 👊🏻
