Chef Osong of Toscana, Balesin Island’s beloved Italian restaurant, invites young chefs to Balesin City for a pizza-making workshop on September 19. Kids will learn the basics of artisanal pizza, from working the dough to baking their own pie. From 3 PM to 6 PM, they will be split into three batches of up to nine participants each.
