MMA is a complex mishmash of striking, grappling, clinching, and weaving everything together.

It's a daunting task for a coach, however, it is a fun rollercoaster experience for students.

It opens their eyes and minds to unlimited scenarios and possibilities depending on which outcome they choose. They are put in positions that allows them to either wrestle or strike back. A lot of layers with a lot of possible results.
