What can you do while stuck in this pandemic?🤔
Stay safe at home and keep yourselves healthy & strong to fight against the Corona virus by doing this "Covid19 Home Workout" - a quick 14-minute-like-quarantine hi-intensity exercise for all ages & gender that will boost your cardio power & respiratory disease immunity.💪
Warm-Up:
Rotate clockwise & counterclockwise
from head to shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, knees, and ankles.
Part☝️: day1, day3, day5,...
First, 4-min tabata Jumping Jacks.
(tabata is a 20sec-on exercise, 10sec-off rest continuously done for 8 rounds).
Then, 6-min Running-In-Place.
(or Elliptical Bike)
Cool-Down to 4-min side-to-side Leg Swings.
(alternately 10reps each leg until done).
Part✌: day2, day4, day6,...
First, 4-min tabata Squats.
Then, 6-min Jumping-In-Place.
(or Jumping Rope)
Cool-Down to 4-min front-to-back Leg Swings with Arm Swings doing an uppercut full motion. (alternately 10reps each side until done).
Always be proactive in this difficult quarantine period by regularly pumping your heart and lungs to beat that respiratory deficiency flu-like disease with no cure yet. Also, drink lots of water, eat vit.C-rich or sour foods, and sleep early at night. For this, your body will naturally build its own immune cells or good virus for high resistance and for cleansing toxins and bad bacteria out of the system.💕
