🏐🔥 One of Palarong Pambansa 2025’s top scorer and standout, Jellianne Saban continues to prove why she is the backbone of the 14U Junior Lady Nerians.

Jellianne’s hard work and dedication are beginning to pay off this summer. Her growth has been evident both on and off the court, showing greater maturity, confidence, and leadership every time she steps onto the playing floor.

Known for her explosive attacks and great defense, Yanyan, as she is fondly called by her teammates, has embraced the challenge of training away from home while continuing to lead by example.

Supporting her is 2025 WVRAA Elementary Divison Best Setter Raven Denise Gubatanga, whose composure and playmaking ability perfectly complement Yanyan’s scoring prowess.

The results are showing. The Junior Lady Nerians opened their Xavier Volleyball Cup campaign in dominant fashion, dismantling Poveda in straight sets, 25-3 and 25-6.

Together, this talented Ilongga duo is poised to make plenty of noise at the Xavier Volleyball Cup.

The champions are coming… 👀🔥

The Lady Nerians completed a dominant sweep of the Rebisco Division II Regionals today, securing straight-set victories throughout the tournament and stunning a rising Ateneo de Manila University squad in an unforgettable clash. 🏐🔥

Refusing to back down, the Lady Nerians went full throttle in the one-day regional league, winning all of their matches in convincing fashion. Their toughest challenge came against ADMU, a UAAP school that has recently made aggressive moves in recruitment, bringing in tall players from different schools across Metro Manila, including two Alas Pilipinas Girls U16 Volleyball Team players.

It was truly a David vs. Goliath showdown.

Despite the overwhelming height advantage of Ateneo, the Lady Nerians showed unmatched grit, composure, and heart. They fought relentlessly and sealed the upset in dominant fashion with a commanding 15-4 finish in the deciding third set.

Bernardo Sports is proud to continue supporting this team and these girls who continue to prove themselves. Their success has always been built on grit, sacrifice, and belief in each other. 💙

With the regional crown secured, the Lady Nerians now advance to the Nationals, where they will face the top teams from different regions across the country. 🇵🇭🔥

For the second straight year, Bernardo Sports proudly returns to one of Iloilo’s oldest and most respected volleyball tournaments…the Plagata Cup. Further strengthening the bond and friendship we have built with the wonderful people of Bingawan.

What started as a tournament appearance has now become a relationship rooted in trust, sportsmanship, and a shared passion for developing young athletes. This year, Bernardo Sports takes another step forward as we proudly bring our SFNCS Boys Volleyball Team into the battle.

The games will run from May 11–13.
